Smart thinking about water

DataCol and Think Water have recently partnered together to help water users throughout New Zealand better manage their water takes.

New Zealand Operations Manager for Think Water, Trevor Shadbolt, says there’s a major challenge in the next few years with New Zealand’s water usage. “There will be much better control over water use and it is going to be policed quite hard”, he says.

Think Water has franchise arrangements throughout New Zealand and has recently signed up DataCol as one of their preferred suppliers. “Our members are making sure clients’ needs are met and that they are complying with current and upcoming water regulations. We’re working with DataCol all over New Zealand to help water users better manage their water takes.

“Those already monitoring their water usage are ahead of many; they are seeing great results already, including resource gains, pumping cost reductions, better control over their water usage and cost savings.

“We’re pleased to be partnered with DataCol. I believe they have a great product which is efficient and has shortened labour times, tried and true,” says Trevor.

Think Water has nine franchise stores in New Zealand and forty three plus in Australia.

Think Water (formerly the Independent Water Group) is a leading national network of independently owned water services businesses. They specialise in the design and implementation of the most water efficient irrigation and water management programs for clients across all sectors and regions of Australia and New Zealand.
