DataCol win Manukau Water Meter Reading Contract

In late June 2008, DataCol were awarded the Manukau Water Meter Reading Contract. DNZ in association with the Manukau Water Billing Department took on the challenge to provide a smooth transition of systems with “zero” customer impact. Less than 45 days later, on the 1st of August 2008 DataCol deployed their water reading services for the first time which included the following: 

• Provision of IT systems for accepting work orders, special orders, job management, scheduling, routing, resource assignment and return of meter readings along with invoicing.
• Provision of meter reading services, reader training, dedicated support and performance reporting.
